This capstone course facilitates the transition from student to graduate professional nurse and fosters professional growth and development. Students will apply knowledge and skills acquired throughout the major under the mentorship of a nurse preceptor. The course assists majors in reflecting on their educational experience and professional development in light of the institutional values of Northwest Nazarene University. This course has a clinical preceptorship of 180 hours.

All degree requirements outside of the final semester of the Nursing Program must be completed to register for this course.
The student may enroll in only one general education course in the final semester of the Nursing Program.
