This capstone course facilitates the transition from student to graduate professional nurse and fosters professional growth and development. Students will apply knowledge and skills acquired throughout the major under the mentorship of a nurse preceptor. Students review and prepare for the National Council Licensing Examination (NCLEX). The course assists majors to reflect on their educational experience and professional development in light of the institutional values of Northwest Nazarene University.
