This course will build on concepts taught in Community Health I by adding a global perspective. It will consider the work of the World Health Organization and compare and contrast community health assessment between western and non-western communities. Students will consider the impact of health policy and health economics on the health of nations and how the health of populations impacts health policy and economics.
