NURS2005L: Fundamentals of Nursing: Lab

This course is a Lab component linked to the NURS2005 didactic course. It is designed to provide hands-on learning activities in which students will be required to demonstrate mastery in the application of fundamental concepts related to nursing clinical judgement and basic nursing skills that are introduced in NURS2005. A variety of hands on learning modalities may be used in a lab setting. Students must successfully master the competencies required in both NURS2005 and NURS2005L (as outlined in the BSN Student Handbook). If competencies in either one of these components (NURS2005 or NURS2005L) are not met, the entire set both NURS2005 and NURS2005L must be completed successfully before the student qualifies to progress in the nursing program. This is a pass/fail course.
