Focuses on the family, growth and development, health promotion, and children's preventive care. The application of pharmacology, physiology, and pathophysiology to childrearing families will be incorporated. This course has a required clinical component. The student must register for a section of NURS3015L along with this didactic course. Both courses must be successfully completed to progress through the nursing program as outlined in the BSN Student Handbook.
