This course will identify, develop and improve leadership and management skills for the nursing professional in their practice. Topics will include: leadership/management styles, organizational culture, quality and many more. Learners will build/apply team building concepts through negotiation, collaboration and conflict resolution exercises. They will also review healthcare systems, legislative as well as other policy impacts on the nursing profession.
